Front Range IDPA Match Video

This is a quick video of an IDPA match that I shot this past weekend at Dumont Colorado.  The matches are put on by Front Range IDPA and they are a lot of fun.  If you haven't ever shot an IDPA match I would highly recommend it.  The different classes make it easy to fit any gun you have into a classification.  The local matches are also fairly laid back and easygoing.  They will strictly adhere to the safety rules, but the range safety officers are happy to help new and inexperienced shooters learn to compete.

The side match this time was shotgun.  The Front Range IDPA matches rotate side matches through rifle, shotgun and backup pistol.  This can be a great way try out a rifle or shotgun course if you are interested in 3 Gun style competitions.
